On February 6th, I took an earthquake retrofitting class at the Alameda County Building Education Center. This center offers some great classes for contractors and homeowners alike. Check them out at www.bldgeductr.org, 510-525-7610.
My EPA individual lead renovator certification arrived, and I filled out the application for the firm of JPL Construction to also be certified by the EPA.
